Project description and aims
The project brings together expertise in taxonomy, culturing, ecology, toxin biology, genomics, bioinformatics and data management to generate foundational resources that support both fundamental research and applied outcomes.
The objectives of this collaboration policy are to:
- establish a transparent framework for collaboration across participating organisations
- define governance, data management and publication arrangements
- recognise and support the contributions of participating researchers and species experts
- maximise the scientific, environmental and community value of project datasets
- support coordinated national genomics capability relevant to harmful algal bloom and biotoxin research
- protect sensitive or restricted information where required.
How is ABLeS supporting this work?
