Project description and aims
This project aims to utilise bioinformatic tools and techniques to investigate the effects of mutations in the Fanconi Anaemia DNA-repair pathway.
Genomic research will be conducted in this project using high throughput sequencing methods, including whole genome sequencing as well as additional methods where appropriate.
How is ABLeS supporting this work?
This work is supported through the production bioinformatics scheme provided by ABLeS. The supports includes unlimited temporary storage on scratch, 1 TB permenant storage and 50 KSUs per quarter.
