Project description and aims
This project will develop, test and run tools and pipelines from the Zero Childhood Cancer initiative on the National Computational Infrastructure (NCI) and Pawsey Supercomputing Centre.
How is ABLeS supporting this work?
This work is supported through the production bioinformatics scheme provided by ABLeS. The supports includes 800 TB temprary storage, 5 TB long term storage and 100 KSUs per quarter.
